4 x 30 mins online posing sessions, where we will create a routine from start to finish, working on mandatory poses for the federations you are due to compete with, we will also work on transitions from pose to pose allowing the routine to flow nicely. Alongside the online sessions, you will also have 3 online check-ins with me. This is where you will send me a check-in video of you practising the work we have done in your previous online session. I will then give you feedback on this video and what I want you to work on before our next session.
